this is because i’ve had that one way longer and can’t bear to stop using it.

i keep meaning to write in here but there’s more hoops to get through,

3 cans black eye peas

3 large tomatoes diced and food processor or tiny pieces

1/2 bunch cilantro chopped

small red onion finely diced

1/2 red pepper, 1/2 green pepper finely diced

1 large avocado, cubed

salt and pepper to taste

1 entire bottle of italian dressing

for this recipe i use a food processor and just start adding everything into a large bowl. the recipe makes quite a bit of salsa. you can add more of whatever you like to enhance. once through mix everything together with a spatula and refrigerate.
